Who We Are 
Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States is a nonprofit veterans’ service organization comprised of combat veterans and eligible military service members from the active, Guard and Reserve forces. Founded in 1899 and chartered by Congress in 1936, the VFW is the nation’s largest organization of war veterans and its oldest major veterans’ organization. With nearly 1.9 million VFW and Auxiliary members located in almost 7,000 Posts worldwide, “NO ONE DOES MORE FOR VETERANS.” The VFW and its Auxiliaries are dedicated to veterans’ service, legislative   advocacy, and military and community service programs worldwide.

The Veterans Crisis Line connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring Department of Veterans Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text. Veterans and their loved ones can call 1-800-273-8255 and Press 1chat online, or send a text message to 838255 to receive confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Veteran’s Information Conference

On November 1, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development will sponsor a Verteran’s Information Conference at the Human Services Building, Rooms A and B at 795 Woodlane Road, Westampton, NJ.
Come in to listen to guest speakers and receive updated information on Veteran’s Benefits. Flu shots will also be provided to veterans by the Philadephia Regional VA Hospital.

WWI Memorial Monument Dedication

On November 4th 2017 the Burlington County WWI Memorial Monument will be unveiled. We invite all Veterans and members of the community to join us for this great event. 

The ceremony will be held on:
Saturday, November 4th at 10:00 AM
Freedom Park, 86 Union Street Medford, NJ 08055.

Rain Date: Sunday November 5th.

Our Post Memorial Brick Program is ongoing! Your support is needed to make this program a success! Order Forms will be continuously accepted for future orders. If you have an order form completed already, please turn it in. If you need an order form, click this link or the image to download the form. 

The First Phase Orders have been submitted. You can submit your applications for our Second Phase Orders!
